The Woman In The Castle - Creepy Ritual Game
Close your eyes and follow my instructions... If you do, you may be able to bridge the gap between fiction and reality for just a moment! This story isn't meant to be too scary, it's more like one of those creepy concentration games I used to love as a kid! This story is my own work based on an old myth. "Sit or lay down comfortably and listen carefully to what I say. Follow each of these instructions, and you just might be able to slip between the realms of fiction and reality if only for a moment. I want you to close your eyes, and imagine a castle. It's tall, and made of rough stones, each one bigger than your head. There is a winding path leading upwards towards the castle, and you are only just able to make out the path through the fog and the fading light. Now, I want you to imagine yourself walking up the path, envision your feet climbing each stair, as you draw closer and closer to your destination... Look up now, you've reached the grand front door to the castle. It's made of a heavy wood, and it takes quite a bit of strength to open it. Imagine yourself pushing hard with all your weight, and the door slowly creeks open. Inside the castle, the lights are low. You can see a grand staircase straight ahead of you, but the rest of the room is mainly lost to shadow. Walk up the staircase now, and as you reach the top of the stairs imagine a grand hallway stretching out before you. All of the doors are locked except for the door directly to your right. Open it now. You close the door behind you, and in the faint light you are just able to make out a lavishly furnished bedroom with a large bed. The covers are all designed in a deep red. You see a beautiful woman laying in the bed. Her hair is long and dark, and her features are flawless. Suddenly her eyes open and she lets loose a terrible scream as she flies towards you! You turn to run, but before you are able to escape she drives a knife into your back. ... Open your eyes. If you did this properly, there should now be a red mark where her knife was."
